How can I order?
You can order right here on our website! Just head to bensbuns.com/order and follow the instructions there.
Please note that each loaf takes up approximately 36 hours to make from start to finish, and so the minimum wait time for any order is 2 days. For example, if you order a loaf on a Tuesday, the earliest your loaf will be ready is Thursday. You can also choose for your loaf to be ready any day after that if you wish.
Do you deliver?
We offer both a collection service as well as a delivery service.
Deliveries can be made to any address with a Leeds postcode. Deliveries fees are an extra £1. Unfortunately, we do not yet delivery outside of Leeds.
Collections can be made at Immortal Martial Arts, Limewood Approach, LS14 1NH (around the back of the UltraFlex Gym) where the amazing staff will greet you and direct you to your loaf. Collections can be made on Wednesdays or Thursdays at any time after 12pm.
What’s the best way to store sourdough?
The best way we’ve found to keep your Ben’s Buns sourdough fresh for as long as possible is to keep it wrapped up in its paper and then keep it in a tied up food bag. Alternatively you could place the paper-wrapped loaf in a bread bin if you have one. They both work great.
Doing this limits the bread’s contact with the air and stops it from going stale. You’ll only need this tip if you haven’t gobbled it all up within a couple days anyway.
If your loaf has gone stale, you might be able to revive it by running it under the tap (yes the actual bread, we know it’s weird), and then popping it into a pre-heated oven for 10-20 minutes.
Can sourdough be frozen?
Yes! Our sourdough loaves store great when frozen. Just make sure that the loaf has been sliced before freezing or you’ll be kicking yourself!
Is sourdough better for you than supermarket bread?
Yes! Our sourdough loaves are made exclusively from flour, water, salt and wild yeast and contain no additives or preservatives unlike store-bought bread. The gut-friendly bacteria in our starter also help to reduce bloating so it even FEELS better!
Do you do subscriptions?

Can I cancel my order?
Orders can only be cancelled more than 2 days in advance of the fulfilment date. For example, if you ordered a loaf for Thursday, you would have until Monday 23:59 to cancel.
